Service Description

Rise with the Sun and join us in a relaxed class with a yoga flow to help your body move better through life and settle your mind. A full 70 minute retreat to nurturing yourself and be nurtured and with plenty of time to move slowly and intentionally. This class is taught by alternating teachers with complementary styles: Alex focuses on Functional Flow with mechanics and mobility, while Kathryn emphasizes nurture, mindset and mobility and will introduce live sound bath elements.
